Le Sozembert.
\nCette p\u00e2te molle est un type de camembert au lait cru. A d\u00e9guster sur un plateau de fromage ou r\u00f4ti au four.<\/p>\n

\nTemps de pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong> 5 min
\nTemps de cuisson :<\/strong> 20 min
\nIngr\u00e9dients :<\/strong>
\n1 Sozembert de la ferme
\n1 branche de thym
\n1 c. \u00e0 c de miel
\n1 filet d’huile d’olive
\ndu poivre<\/p>\n

Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Mettre \u00e0 chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n
  2. Placer le Sozembert dans un ramequin passant au four.<\/li>\n
  3. Avec un couteau, r\u00e9aliser un quadrillage sur la cro\u00fbte du fromage.<\/li>\n
  4. Verser sur le Sozembert le filet d\u00a0\u00bbhuile et le miel.<\/li>\n
  5. Poivrer et d\u00e9pauser la branche de thym.<\/li>\n
  6. Placer le tout au four \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant une vingtaine de minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Vous pouvez d\u00e9guster avec des frittes ou du pain grill\u00e9.
